During your 2-day Reiki course, you will learn energy exercises, Reiki meditations, tools for self-empowerment, and how to perform both self-healing and full Reiki treatments on others. However, one of the most important aspects of your journey begins after the course — the 21-day integration period.
These 21 days are essential for allowing your physical and energetic bodies to integrate this new Reiki energy. As your vibrational frequency increases and your energy centres expand, you may begin to experience meaningful positive changes.
Daily self-healing is a vital part of this process. Without consistent practice, the benefits may be limited. Simply put: what you put in, you get out.
By following the guidelines provided in your Reiki manual and committing to your practice, you maximise the effectiveness of your attunement—not only energetically, but also in how it supports emotional, mental, and spiritual growth.
This process may bring a deeper sense of purpose, peace, balance, joy, and awareness. Each person’s experience is unique, but generally the process unfolds as follows:
Week 1 – Physical Body
Energy works through the physical body. Prioritise rest, hydration, and gentle practices such as mindful walking and breathing exercises (including Hara meditation).
Week 2 – Emotional & Mental Body
You may experience emotional or mental clearing. This is a natural process of releasing imbalances and raising your vibration. Allow yourself to feel, acknowledge, and let go.
Week 3 – Spiritual Body
This is a period of integration and alignment. You may feel a deeper connection to your higher self and a sense of returning to your true path.

Shoden (Level 1)

Okuden (Level 2)
