1. Overview

These Reiki Course Terms & Conditions apply to all Reiki courses, workshops, events, and training programs offered by Soul Healing Practice ("we", "us", "our").

By enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older.

For advanced Reiki levels (Okuden / Shinpiden), proof of prior training with a qualified Reiki Master Teacher may be required.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment is required to secure your place in a course

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • Places are limited and confirmed on a first-paid basis

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal circumstances.

However, nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If We Cancel or Reschedule

If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by us:

  • Your booking will be transferred to a new date

  • If the new date is not suitable, you may request a credit or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

Student Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations can arise.

  • Requests must be made at least 120 hours prior to course commencement

  • Approved requests will be transferred to the next available course date

  • Rescheduled bookings must be used within 12 months

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the course fee.

5. Attendance & Certification

To receive your Reiki certification:

  • Full attendance of all course days is required

  • All course components must be completed

Certificates will not be issued for incomplete attendance.

6. Course Participation

We are committed to creating a safe and respectful learning environment.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse entry

  • Remove participants

  • Withhold certification

if behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive, or not aligned with the integrity of the course.

7. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

Our courses involve complementary healing practices.

  • They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing

If you have any medical or psychological concerns, please seek professional advice before attending.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, teachings, and content are the intellectual property of Soul Healing Practice.

They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in our courses.

This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Courses

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify course content

  • Change course dates or locations

  • Update instructors if required

We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
