Reiki Courses Refund Policy

Refund Policy

• Soul Healing Practice maintains a strict no-refund policy.

• If a class is cancelled, it will be rescheduled to a new date. All course payments will be transferred to that new date.

• We do not accept responsibility for changes in a student’s personal circumstances. However, if there is a reasonable cause, students may request to reschedule their course.

• Notification must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the booked course weekend. Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of course payment.

A Gentle Reminder

It’s natural for doubts to arise after enrolling. Often, this is the ego resisting change — because Reiki is powerful and transformative. If resistance shows up, acknowledge it with compassion and trust the intuition that guided you to enrol in the first place. Your inner wisdom will not fail you.

Reiki Certification Policy

To be accredited with your Reiki Certificate:

• You must attend both full classes (the complete 2-day weekend course).

• No exemptions will be accepted.

• Certificates will not be issued if classes are missed or incomplete.

• By enrolling and paying for this course, you agree to this requirement.
