Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of State, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in State for the resolution of any disputes.
Wholesale & Stockists Purchases
General: Unless otherwise expressly agreed, all sales of Soul Healing Store & Practice products shall be made on the following terms and conditions.
These terms govern your purchase of any products from Soul Healing Store & Practice. You agree to be bound by these terms when you purchase a product by (your personal or business use) of the Soul Healing Store & Practice products.
Other Fulfilment: Products purchased by you, are sold to you by Soul Healing Store & Practice and all services and communications referred to in these terms are provided by us or our third-party service providers. The sale of products to the wholesale customer shall be on a non-exclusive basis and Soul Healing Store & Practice shall have the right to sell the product to other parties at such prices and terms of sale without limitation on each occasion. All Customer orders are dependent on stock availability. Any product which has sold out and is to be re-ordered by Soul Healing Store & Practice, will automatically be back ordered for the customer. Any product which has sold out and will not be re-ordered again by Soul Healing Store & Practice will automatically be cancelled from the customers back order.
Retail Pricing: Prices invoiced to our Wholesale Customers are retail rates and are inclusive of GST and Shipping Fees. Soul Healing Store & Practice reserves the right to charge a handling fee for low quantity orders, such as 30 pieces. The minimum Australian dollar spend is $900 or 30 Pieces, which it may be combined within our Crystal Collection, (Example: 10 Bracelets for Her + 5 Earrings + 5 Five Decade Rosary Necklaces + 10 Bracelets for Him =Total: 30 Pieces) then add the GST and Shipping Fees. Minimum order quantities apply to stock sale availability.
Wholesale Clients & Stockist Shops: For every wholesale transaction, you will be required to provide to Soul Healing Store & Practice your registered business details including ABN Number to purchase from Soul Healing Store & Practice.
Custom & Imported Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Soul Healing Store & Practice is not responsible for delays due to customs. Prices are exclusive of GST and Shipping fees. The minimum Australian dollar spend is $900 then add the GST and Shipping fees. Minimum order quantities apply to Stock Sale Availability.
Payment: You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Paypal & Direct Debit (Bank Transfer).
Delivery: Soul Healing Store & Practice will use reasonable commercial efforts to dispatch your order to you within seven (7) working business days, from receipt of your order and payment. Where you request for your order to be delivered to a non-metropolitan, remote or international address, your order may take up to fourteen (14) working business days to be delivered to you. We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Australia Post or any other third party that we, or our third-party service provider, may engage to deliver the products to you.
Returns: All returns please email: hello@soulhealingpractice.com for approval. (please attach a photo of the product - Name of your store - Address - Phone Number).
Items received Faulty: Any goods purchased by the applicant from Soul Healing Store & Practice may only be returned should the items be faulty. Soul Healing Store & Practice will not return products simply because you have ‘changed your mind’. Soul Healing Store & Practice have to be contacted immediately, product details, price and invoice number of the faulty product, followed by something in writing either by email for authorization. Authorization will only take place once we receive an email in regard to the faulty item.
Customer Return - Faulty: All our jewellery comes with a three (3) month warranty. If you require an item to be repaired or replaced, you will need to contact Soul Healing Store & Practice immediately by email. The customer will need to complete a Repair/Replacement form. The customers will need to provide an invoice number and date of purchase. A photo of the item is also required and will need to be attached the Repair/Replacement form. Wholesale Customers will pay for the Shipping fees on repaired or replacement items. After three (3) months and the warranty has expired: Soul Healing Store & Practice reserve the right to make the final decision on items on replacement of the product.
Product Quality: To the extent permitted by law, your use of Soul Healing Store & Practice Crystal Products and product quality expectations is at your own risk.
You acknowledge that:
1. The colours of the product may be different from how they appear on your computer screen or in other digital or hard copy forms.
2. You warrant that your will not make any claim against Soul Healing Store & Practice if you are disappointed with the design or quality of the product, where such quality or design is beyond our reasonable control.
3. Stones are natural minerals each beautiful and unique in pattern and crystalline composure; therefore, no two soul Healing Store & Practice crystals will ever be the same. Please, be aware as natural objects they’re appearance can vary from the images shown and they may contain tiny fissures and pits. Please, expect to find inclusions and beautiful markings within the crystal itself. Our designs and crystal cuts are made to show the beauty of the crystalline structure rather than looking like glass. Please be aware that our products are hand cut so they will never be completely “perfect”.

Soul Healing Practice does not need to collect personal information about you in order for you to visit this website. If Soul Healing Practice do wish to collect personal information then Soul Healing Practice will expressly ask you for it. Personal information, for instance will be required by Soul Healing Practice in order for you to receive further information or consultation from Soul Healing Practice.
Soul Healing Practice will use and manage this privacy information in accordance with all applicable privacy laws in the Commonwealth of Australia. We will not share your personal information with any organisation outside Soul Healing Practice. Soul Healing Practice may keep track of the domains from which you and other people visit this website for statistical purposes.
Access to Soul Healing Practice Material and Certification
The Soul Healing Practice, reserves the right to remove a student from - or not add a student to - the Student Site or other online platforms.
Soul Healing Practice reserves the right to not provide a certificate of completion of course to a student and without monetary compensation. If a student cannot complete the course level material required of them a certificate cannot be provided. If a student is found to have acted inappropriately during the course, at the Student Site or in a professional capacity, certification may be revoked.
Refund and Booking Policy
Reiki, Pellowah, Transpersonal Crystal Healing, Belief Clearing Program, Coaching and any other special events we run, are always for the healing, alignment, balance and transformation of your mind and body, they are not suitable healing methods for everyone and each person must take responsibility for their own health. The staff of Soul Healing Practice will never diagnose or advise in any medical capacity. Soul Healing Practice reserves the right to support based on our area of expertise only and reserves the right to refuse a client if we feel we are not the best place for them to receive treatment and support. Soul Healing Practice has a duty of care for all who visit us and we will ensure while in our care you are in a safe and healing premises. If you have specific physical and/or mental health needs you are aware that I should seek professional medical assistance for my mind and body wellbeing. All individual appointments, classes and courses, gift certificates and packages are non-transferable between people.
Appointments
All Reiki Treatments, Reiki Courses, Reiki Subscriptions, Reiki Gift Certificates, Reiki Packages, Pellowah Healing, Transpersonal Crystal Healing and Coaching appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation and the cancellation will be added as credit back onto your account for the said service. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking the full fee is charged and non-refundable or transferrable. Gift Certificates, Subscriptions and/or Packages cancellations before the cancellation period expires will be credited in full to a persons account for future use.
Casual Classes
All Casual Meditation and Reiki Share are able to be changed or cancelled up until 60min prior to session. The session will be credited to the client’s account. Once it is 60min prior to session start time the booking is confirmed and cannot be cancelled and no credit or refund is available. A Casual Package has a set date and after this date any unused will be forfeited.
Reiki Courses & Events
Your attendance is confirmed once full payment has been made. All courses and events must be paid in full prior to the date of the course/event. Refunds are only considered if a course is altered or cancelled by Soul Healing Practice. We do not accept responsibility for changes in students' personal circumstances and reserve the right to alter/cancel any of the available courses. If a reasonable cause is established by Soul Healing Practice, students may move their attendance to the next available course date if there is one, up to a maximum of 12 months. After 12 months a new full fee will be required for your attendance. For this to be considered, Soul Healing Practice must be notified of this a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) prior to a course or event and if not the student’s course payment will be forfeited. A catering fee may be required for any change in course date and you will be notified before making the change if this is applicable to you.
A student booking an OKUDEN Reiki Course or SHINPIDEN Reiki Course, who has not studied SHODEN Reiki Course with Carla A De Grandi from Soul Healing Practice can only attend the OKUDEN Reiki Course or SHINPIDEN Reiki Course if their previous training was with another Qualified Reiki Master Teacher as, is required by International Reiki Association, The Shibumi. If you book and pay and it is discovered you have not met this criteria then you will be refunded the paid amount minus $100 administration fee. Proof of attendance of previous courses may be required.
Students booking a resit place at a SHODEN, OKUDEN or SHINPIDEN Course, your place is valid for that booked date only and is not refundable or able to be rescheduled. In order to resit a course you must have fully attended and completed the said course at an earlier date.
Students must attend the 3 days Course as outlined in this website. Students who fail to complete the 3 days compulsory course modules, the Reiki Certificate cannot be accredited. If students do not attend the 3 compulsory classes, Soul Healing Practice has the right to not refund the amount paid for the course, and will not provide a Reiki Certificate.
Students must provide 15 days notice in advance, if they need to reschedule the fully paid Reiki Course.
Credits & Coupon Codes
For all appointments, courses and events when a credit is applied, credit is valid according to the terms and conditions at the time of original booking.
Packages
Packages of any service are valid for only 6 months (unless otherwise stated when booking and this will also be referenced in our booking system Acuity Scheduling) and once expired they are no longer valid.
Complaints
Soul Healing Practice Complaints Procedure is as follows.
Lodging a Complaint
Any person may lodge a complaint in writing.
The complaint must be set out in writing stating the issue clearly including reference to time, place and event.
Complaints will be kept confidential (with the exception of making necessary contact with named witnesses/respondents).
Complaint Receipt & Registration
The date of receipt and nature of the complaint will be noted and an acknowledgement will be issued in writing requesting further information where required.
The respondent will be notified and invited to make comment.
Analysis of Complaint
The complaint will be investigated thoroughly in order to resolve the issue/s raised.
A determination will be made based on facts presented by both sides and any additional evidence uncovered by the investigation.
If a resolution of the issue/s cannot be made amicably, external mediation may be attempted.
Notification of Resolution
All relevant parties will be notified of the official resolution which may include, but is not limited to, withdrawal of the complaint or notice of censure. Soul Healing Practice reserves the right to take relevant action. This may include removing students from the Student Site, and revoking certification if found necessary.
Parties unhappy with the resolution may appeal.
Appeal process information will be provided if a party wishes to appeal a decision and all interested parties will be notified.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
