5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally from Australia.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to third-party carriers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services; however, we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
6. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure
Repair or replacement for goods that fail to be of acceptable quality

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Late cancellations may forfeit payment

Refunds are not provided unless required by law
15. Wholesale Terms
Wholesale purchases require valid business details (including ABN).
Minimum order quantities and pricing conditions apply.
We reserve the right to supply products to multiple retailers.
