Hello, I’m Carla Andrea De Grandi, founder of Soul Healing Practice, and I’m honoured to share my inner healing space with you.
At Soul Healing Practice, we are dedicated to teaching and sharing the traditional Japanese system of Usui Reiki Ryōhō — the Usui Spiritual Energy Healing Method, founded by Mikao Usui. By reflecting deeply on its original meaning, I strive to remain aligned with the philosophy and spirit of Reiki’s founder.
My intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where students and clients can explore Reiki as a powerful tool for healing, balance, and self-discovery.
About Carla
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and have been living in Melbourne since 2004.
From childhood, I have felt a deep connection to energy, intuition, and messages beyond the physical world. No matter what path life placed before me, I always found myself guided back to healing work.
I often tell my students and clients:
What I do today was always meant for me — the path has been unfolding all along.
By embracing empathy, energy awareness, and intuition, I have learned to overcome challenges, and cultivate peace. These qualities shape the way I connect with others and guide the way I hold space for healing.
I am a proud Member Practitioner of the Shibumi International Reiki Association, ensuring that my Reiki lineage traces directly back to Mikao Usui.
Reiki & Teaching
As a Reiki Teacher and Practitioner, I feel privileged to guide others in the practice of Usui Reiki Ryōhō.
Reiki is not only a healing technique, but also a path of personal growth, awareness, and connection. Through Reiki practice, meditation, and self-healing, students learn to reconnect with their natural state of balance and harmony.
My goal is to support each person’s journey while honouring the traditional teachings and spirit of Reiki.
Crystal Healing & The Soul Healing Store
Alongside Reiki, I founded the Soul Healing Store — a crystal company dedicated to offering ethically sourced, grade-A crystals from around the world.
As a Transpersonal Crystal Healing Practitioner with over 10 years of experience, I design and create vibrational gemstone jewellery and unique crystal pieces. Each item is thoughtfully selected, energetically attuned, and programmed to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
My Philosophy
My approach to healing is rooted in simplicity, presence, and respect for the traditional teachings of Reiki.
I believe Reiki is not only a healing modality, but also a way of living with awareness, compassion, and balance. Through regular practice, meditation, and self-healing, individuals can reconnect with their own inner wisdom and natural ability to heal.
True healing begins within, and Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful path toward harmony.
My Lineage
The teachings I share come from the traditional Japanese system of Usui Reiki Ryōhō, founded by Mikao Usui.
Maintaining the integrity of Reiki lineage is deeply important to me. Through my training and membership with the Shibumi International Reiki Association, the system I teach preserves a direct connection to the origins of Reiki and its spiritual philosophy.
Honouring lineage ensures that the teachings remain authentic and aligned with the original spirit of Reiki.
My Approach to Healing
Every person’s healing journey is unique. My role is not to “fix” anyone, but to hold space, guide, and support others as they reconnect with their own energy and inner wisdom.
In my sessions and teachings, I integrate practices that support the whole person — mind, body, spirit, and energy — including:
