For this technique, you will need the following items:
1 Clear Quartz
1 Smoky Quartz
1 Iolite
3 Rose Quartz
3 Moonstone
Lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, if you prefer. Be sure that you are comfortable.
Place the Clear Quartz above your head and the Smoky Quartz beneath your feet. Both terminations should be facing away from your body.
Place the Iolite on your Third Eye Chakra or over the center of your forehead.
Place one Rose Quartz on your Heart Chakra and one at the top of each shoulder.
Place the Moonstones on your Throat Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, and Sacral Chakra.
Relax your body by focusing on your breathing. As you breathe out, focus on the word ‘relax,’ and as you breathe in, focus on the word ‘balance.’
Allow 20 minutes for your body to fully integrate the energies of the crystals. Be ready to remove the crystals depending on your intuition.
