No matter where you are in the world, we’ll ship your order with care from our base in Melbourne, Australia.
Shipping & Delivery Information
Soul Healing sends all domestic parcels via Registered Australia Post.
Orders received over a weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please note that delivery times are subject to Australia Post and other shipping provider services. Soul Healing cannot accept responsibility for delays or parcel loss caused by postage providers. For any delayed or missing parcels, please lodge a query directly with Australia Post here.

Custom Designs or Personalised orders:
Please allow 7–10 business days for us to prepare, design, and ship your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please note that after dispatch, we are unable to assume responsibility for any transit delays or issues caused by the postage provider. If you experience any delivery concerns, kindly lodge a query directly with Australia Post (AusPost). here.

Express Shipping (AusPost Express): Flat rate from $15⎜Tracking Included: 2-3 business days.
Click & Collect (from our Healing Practice in Melbourne): Free
Click + Collect Service : Select the ‘Click & Collect’ option at checkout if you would like to pick up your purchase directly from our Healing Practice. Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for collection, we will contact you via email with further details. Please choose this option only if you are able to collect your items from our studio.
Worldwide Shipping

All international parcels are sent via Australia Post air freight service.

United States of America
Due to recently announced changes to import tariffs for postal items sent to the US and its overseas territories, Australia Post has temporarily suspended some postal services to these destinations, effective 26 August 2025 until further notice.
Christmas delivery cut-off dates
Within Aus – Standard Shipping: December 13
Within Aus – Express Shipping: December 20
International: December 10
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas at any time, these are the recommended guidelines from AusPost, however, delivery at this time can be extended due to their volume. These dates are just a guideline. We will try our best to get your orders out to you as quickly and safely as possible to ensure they get to you on time.
Crystal Disclaimer
Stones are natural minerals, each unique in pattern and crystalline composition—no two Soul Healing crystals will ever be exactly the same. As natural objects, their appearance may vary from the images shown and they may contain tiny fissures, pits, inclusions, and unique markings within the crystal itself.
Our designs and crystal cuts are intended to highlight the natural beauty of crystalline structures, rather than resemble flawless glass. Please note that as our products are hand-cut, they will never be completely “perfect”—this individuality is what makes each piece truly special.
Packaging & Care
All items purchased from Soul Healing are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being wrapped and sent to our customers. We use bubble-wrapped padded envelopes to help ensure your crystals arrive safely.
While rare, accidents may occur during transit.
Breakages, Exchanges & Refunds
For breakages or exchange requests, please email hello@soulhealingpractice.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Include your order number (#), a photo of the item, and details of your query.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Soul Healing and processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Once the returned item is received, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days and notify you by email.
Returns & Responsibility
Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind.
Please note, return shipping costs are generally not reimbursed.
Soul Healing is not responsible for lost return parcels—we recommend using registered mail to return items.
If items are returned broken or damaged, Soul Healing may choose not to process the refund or exchange.
Repair Policy
All Soul Healing jewellery pieces come with a 90-day warranty period.
After this period, if you would like your jewellery repaired, please contact us to arrange a restringing and restoration service. A small repair fee will apply.
