reiki subscription agreement

Congratulations! You are making a 12 month commitment to your wellness and well-being with a consistent Reiki practice!

YEARLY REIKI SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • Reiki sessions will be provided as described at Yearly Reiki Subscriptions.

  • Monthly session is scheduled by me in a timely manner for each consecutive month through your subscription duration.

  • Any rescheduling is done within the same month when possible, and by 24 hours before a scheduled session. 

  • Monthly session is scheduled and completed within the same month, between the 1st and last day of the month.

  • If sessions are not scheduled during the consecutive month, they will not carryover into the next month and the Yearly Reiki Subscription 12 month period will not be extended an additional month(s) to accommodate this | Note - this is not applicable for subscribers that have been affected by the Coviid lockdown restrictions. For clients who have been affected by this, their subscription will be carryover into the next months, or when Soul Healing Practice is operating after a lockdown period.

  • Subscriptions or subscription sessions are not transferable, nor can they be gifted to another person.

  • Credit card information is captured upon Acuity scheduling the initial Subscription session. This is the same payment method which will be used for subsequent sessions. 

  • Payment method can be updated at anytime and at the time of scheduling a Subscription session.

  • Depending on the day of the month this subscription form is submitted, the type of subscription and Soul Healing Practice’s scheduling availability, Reiki Subscriptions may begin the following month from the date below.

  • I will notify Soul Healing Practice if I am challenged to commit to any of these terms and conditions.

  • This Yearly Reiki Subscription Agreement is accepted, when signing up/ upon payment of your initial subscription session.
