Soul Healing Practice is honoured to be able to teach a Traditional Japanese form of Reiki called Usui Reiki Ryoho.
The term Usui Reiki Ryoho is a generic one utilised by many teachers over the years and yet there is a specific reason for its use by Soul Healing Practice.
By constantly reflecting on its translation, Usui Spiritual Energy Healing Method, the teachings are brought into line with what the founder Usui Mikao would have been influenced and taught.
1.Gokai - 5 Precepts
Promote a healthy energetic system, facilitate powerful cleansing and provide a philosophical and spiritual backdrop to the Reiki practice.
2. Kokyû Hô- Breathing Techniques
Refine and strengthen a student's connection to energy.
3. Tenohira - Palm Healing
Which enables students to use energy to heal themselves and others.
4. Jumon and Shirushi - Mantras and Symbols
Only introduced in OKUDEN Reiki Level 2 - Help students to strengthen their connection to Reiki energy.
5. Reiju or Attunements - The Blessing

Is it hard to learn Reiki?
Like learning any new practice, Reiki requires time, focus, and an open mind. The good news is that no special abilities are needed — the capacity to work with energy is something that already exists within all of us.
Most people find it relatively easy to learn the basics of Reiki, especially at the beginner level. As you progress, continuing into deeper or traditional Japanese Reiki studies may require more dedication and commitment.

How Do You Learn Reiki Healing?
At Soul Healing Practice, all Reiki training is guided by Carla A De Grandi — an experienced and certified Reiki Teacher who is deeply committed to creating a supportive and authentic learning experience.
Enrolment & Course Policy
The course must be paid in full at least 1 week prior to your scheduled course dates.
Upon full payment, you will receive a Welcome Email with your detailed itinerary and timetable. This allows you to organise your days in advance so you can fully immerse yourself in your spiritual practice with no interruptions.
To receive your Reiki Certificate, students are required to attend both full days of training.

Shoden⎜Reiki COURSE level I
SHODEN is a Japanese word meaning ‘first teachings’. These are the first teaching of the system of Reiki. In our practical SHODEN courses you will learn how to help yourself with a daily healing practice and how you can also help your friends and family using Japanese healing techniques.
There are no pre-requisites to attend this course.
Shoden Reiki – Level 1

I currently offer Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) courses as 1:1 private in-person classes. This personalised approach ensures you receive the space, guidance, and support you need as you immerse yourself in your spiritual practice.
Flexible Scheduling
Life can get busy, which is why my courses are designed with flexibility in mind. Instead of fixed dates, each course weekend is arranged directly between you (the student) and me (Carla). Together, we select a suitable Saturday or Sunday that aligns with both of our schedules.

OKUDEN is a Japanese word meaning ‘inner teachings’. As the word implies a deeper understanding and connection to Usui Mikao’s teachings is achieved during this course. Develop your personal practise and gain Professional Practitioner status.
Suitable for SHODEN Level students, who would like to develop a deeper understanding of the power of Reiki within their lives.
Okuden Reiki – Level 2

Shinpiden⎜MASTER LEVEL REIKI COURSE
SHINPIDEN is the Japanese word for ‘Mystery Teachings’. It is aimed at Level 3 Practitioners or established Reiki Masters who wish to continue their personal journey. Self-empowerment is attained in SHINPIDEN through a strong energetic connection to the source of Reiki.
One of the major focuses of this course is to tap into the sense that you are, and always were, a great, bright light - this is achieved by working with the 4th shirushi and jumon.
Shinpiden Reiki – Level 3 (Master Level)

I currently offer Reiki Level 3 (Shinpiden) courses as 1:1 private in-person classes, designed for practitioners ready to step into mastery and deepen their spiritual connection.
